Exchange and Refund Policy

At ColorPlus Cosmetics, our commitment is to provide every customer with genuine cosmetic products at a reasonable price. We prioritize the quality of the products you order and the way they are received. Our dedication to customer satisfaction is unwavering, and we understand that circumstances may necessitate the exchange of a product under certain conditions.

Conditions for Exchange of Goods:

We facilitate the exchange of goods under the following circumstances:

  • Physical damage,
  • incompleteness,
  • outdatedness,
  • inaccuracy of the delivered goods.

If the delivered goods meet the circumstances specified above, customers can contact our Customer Care Department within 7 days to initiate the exchange process.

Conditions to Exchange the Goods:

For replacement of Goods falling under the above circumstances, the product must be:

  • In its original state (unopened, unused, and with original tags).
  • Returned with the original manufacturer’s packaging, along with the invoice in its original state as delivered.

Note: We do not accept changes of mind after the final confirmation of items or after delivery. The decision of the Customer Care regarding the exchange/refund for goods is final, as they will conduct verification of the products.

Refund:

Once the product has been dispatched, ColorPlus Cosmetics will process a refund only if the product falls under the conditions outlined for the exchange of items, and the store is unable to provide an alternative product or fulfill the specified quantity.
